How to use it ?
We advise you to do your dry brushing before showering.
Use firm circular movements starting at the feet and moving up to the legs and thighs for 5 to 10 minutes.
The goal is to take the toxins to the heart so that they can be filtered.
You can also use your brush on the areas of the back, chest and neck, always delicately ;-)
