The name Roll On Jade directly refers to the ancestral tool once made of Jade, because at the time, in China, this stone was the most sacred and noble. And then simply a little play on words: “Rolling on Jade” in English.

Delivery times are indicated on the site and depend on the delivery method chosen. Shipments take place every day of the week, therefore not on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
As soon as it is shipped, the delivery tracking link will be sent to you directly to your email address provided during purchase.

Orders are processed 7 days a week at the time of purchase and validated after 30 minutes; any cancellation or modification cannot be applied after this processing time.

If you order a "PRE-SALE" product, this means that you have reserved a product which is out of stock but which is on its way to our warehouses (within a few days / weeks). We generally wait to receive this product to send you your complete order, if you have purchased other items for example, for reasons of ecology and carbon footprint that we are trying to reduce. In order to be able to open an after-sales service file and do what is necessary for a possible replacement, we invite you to send us photos of the tool as well as the package and its shipping label received at the address contact@rollonjade.fr

Please send us to contact@rollonjade.fr the email address provided during the purchase, so that we can do research for you, the tracking link is automatically sent by email as soon as the package is shipped.

In the event that your order includes a pre-sale item, the entire order will be sent at the time of restocking indicated on the product page in question in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

We invite you to check with those around you (person residing at your address, your neighbors, your guardian, etc.) who could have received your package.

If necessary, you should file a complaint with the carrier and tell us the complaint file number filed, so that we can also file a complaint to find your unreceived package. Whether the stones that make up our tools or our geodes, all our natural stones come from the most beautiful Brazilian and Uruguayan ores in South America. We have implemented strict specifications to ensure the quality and purity of the stone and favor extraction locations with ethical practices.

We work very closely with our suppliers regarding our stones, excluding all places in which working conditions are not regulated.

Our tools are objects from traditional Chinese medicine. The know-how simply does not exist in Europe, despite our extensive research. Working with natural stone to obtain a massage tool is very complex and requires real know-how.

We have always worked with a team of craftsmen specialized in the creation of artisanal and hand-made litho-energetic tools only. Our stones do not undergo any chemical, colorimetric, resinous or mixture treatment. They are 100% natural from start to finish, since they are simply polished with water!

Each tool is designed for professional use, working since our beginnings with professionals, facialists and spas... They are therefore very robust and last over time, we ensure that they are of the best possible quality and check the quality to guarantee you the best.

There is no contraindication to the use of the tools during pregnancy; in this case, only sound medical advice and use according to the advice provided.

Some tools are indeed suitable for problem skin, however please seek medical advice before using on areas prone to rosacea, eczema, psoriasis.

It is important to clean your tool before the first use and after each use with a little water and soap then drying well.

Minerals are alive and therefore need to be purified of bad vibrations/absorbed energies and must then be re-energized (charging with good and pure energies).

At ROJ, all stones are genuine and genuine. They are 100% natural, untreated, unmixed, unreconstituted, without dyes, without plastics or harmful substances... Which is quite rare between us, and naturalness is expensive!
