The name Roll On Jade directly refers to the ancestral tool once made of Jade because, at the time in China, this was the most sacred and noble stone. And then, quite simply, a little play on words: "Rolling on Jade" in English.

Delivery times are indicated on the website and depend on the chosen delivery method. Shipments take place every weekday, so not on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery tracking link will be sent directly to the email address you provided during your purchase.

Orders are processed 7 days a week at the time of purchase and validated after 30 minutes. Any cancellation or modification cannot be applied after this processing time.

If you order a product marked "PRE-ORDER," it means you have reserved an item that is currently out of stock but is expected to arrive at our warehouses soon (within a few days/weeks). We generally wait to receive this product before sending out your complete order, for example, if you have purchased other items, due to ecological reasons and to reduce our carbon footprint. In order to open an after-sales service request and arrange for a potential replacement, please send us photos of the tool as well as the package and its shipping label to contact@rollonjade.fr

Standard delivery methods with signature and delivery to a relay point are the most secure to reduce the risk of a stolen or lost package. We offer free delivery to a relay point for any order of 75€ or more.

Please send us the email address used for your purchase at contact@rollonjade.fr so we can look into it for you. The tracking link is automatically sent by email as soon as the package is shipped.

If your order includes a pre-sale item, the entire order will be shipped when the restock indicated on the product page in question becomes available, in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

We invite you to check with those around you (people living at your address, your neighbors, your caretaker, etc.) who may have received your package.

If applicable, you should file a complaint with the carrier and provide us with the complaint file number, so that we can also open a complaint file on our end to locate your undelivered package. To do this, we will ask you for a duly completed sworn statement of non-receipt, which we can send to you, and a photo of your national identity card.

Whether it's the stones that make up our tools or our geodes, all our natural stones come from the most beautiful Brazilian and Uruguayan mines in South America. We have implemented strict specifications to ensure the quality and purity of the stone and to favor extraction sites with ethical practices.

We work very closely with our suppliers regarding our stones, excluding all places where working conditions are not regulated.

Our tools are objects derived from traditional Chinese medicine. The expertise simply does not exist in Europe, despite our extensive research. Working with natural stone to create a massage tool is very complex and requires real craftsmanship.

We have always worked with a team of artisans specializing exclusively in the creation of artisanal and handmade litho-energetic tools. Our stones undergo no chemical, colorimetric, resin, or mixed treatments. They are 100% natural from start to finish, as they are simply polished with water!

Each tool is designed for professional use, as we have been working with professionals, facialists, and spas since our inception. They are therefore very robust and long-lasting. We ensure they are of the best possible quality and check their quality to guarantee you the best.

There are no contraindications to the use of the tools during pregnancy; in this case, only informed medical advice and use according to the instructions provided are paramount.

Some tools are indeed suitable for problem skin; however, please seek medical advice before using them on areas prone to rosacea, eczema, or psoriasis.

Here are some tips to preserve the energy and radiance of your rose quartz, black obsidian, green aventurine, and rock crystal tools:

• Wipe immediately afterward to avoid streaks and moisture.
• Never use chemical products (bleach, ammonia, descalers, solvents, perfumes).
• Avoid abrasive sponges, hard brushes, or prolonged soaking, especially with salt.
• Do not expose your stones to direct sunlight for extended periods, or to strong heat sources, to prevent them from weakening and to help them retain their natural colors.
• Store your tools in a pouch or a fabric-lined box, away from shocks and humidity.
• Prioritize purification and recharging with sage smoke, or place on an amethyst geode, or expose to the light of the full moon – these are gentle and universal methods.
• Gentle, natural, and regular maintenance will preserve the beauty and energy of your stones over time.
