4 ways to massage the face using the Ridoki

Forehead and frown lines
Start at the level of the forehead by massaging from the center outwards then from bottom to top, then from bottom to top. Go to the level of the frown lines by working in a grid.
Chin
To work the chin's elasticity, start from the neck and quickly go up to the underside of the chin, then smooth to the base of the hair.
Cheekbones
Massage starting from the nose, passing over and under the cheekbone then go up towards the ears then from the oval of the face to below the cheekbone.
Neck
Smooth from the top to the bottom of the neck to the neckline and in a grid. (Repeat 5-10 times.)
