To clean your brush, gently rub the bristles with your hand or with a towel once a week. Do not put under water so as not to damage the wood.
A few minutes before the shower, start your dry brushing:
1. We usually start at the lowest point of the body and work our way up. Remember to make fairly dynamic and circular upward movements, always in the direction of the heart.
2. In the thighs and buttocks you can spend more time to target fatty deposits and cellulite, perform circular movements coupled with smooth upward movements.
3. For the belly you can massage from top to bottom and from the back to the front to join the groin.
4. Go to the upper body, start with your hands then your arms then move on to the rest of your bust like the belly and the chest, always making movements towards the heart.
Be careful not to brush too hard, keep a dynamic rhythm and gentle pressure.
Repeat the gestures 5 times per area.
